About the Role
We’re hiring a TikTok Client Solutions Manager to be the main connection between Allformance, TikTok, and our clients. In this role, you’ll plan, execute, and optimize advertising campaigns, ensuring our clients get the best results. You’ll use TikTok’s unique features to create strategies that deliver measurable success. This role blends creativity, data analysis, and client management to make a big impact across various industries. No experience with TikTok ads? No problem! If you don’t have hands-on experience with TikTok, we’re happy to provide training and support to help you succeed in this role.
Key Responsibilities
Build strong, long-term relationships with clients of all sizes.
Help the Sales team with research, pitches, and campaign planning.
Act as an expert on TikTok and other ad platforms, educating clients on how to get the best results.
Manage campaign execution, from creative setup to performance tracking.
Work with internal teams to solve client issues and ensure smooth delivery.
Analyze campaign performance and provide actionable insights to improve results.
Cross-sell relevant Allformance and TikTok solutions to clients, ensuring they leverage the full potential of both platforms for their campaigns.
What We’re Looking For
Proven experience in account management or client services in digital marketing
Strong skills in data analysis and campaign reporting.
Proactive, organized, with high attention to detail
Fluent in English, with strong communication and presentation skills for both client-facing and internal interactions, and proficient in Russian (C1 level) for certain internal communications
Nice-to-Have Skills:
Experience with auction-based ads (e.g., TikTok, Facebook Ads).
Worked with performance advertisers & full funnel approach.
Proficiency in Excel and translating data insights for non-technical audiences.
