About the Role
We are looking for someone who can create magic with UGC content. Do you know how to work with contractors and partners, find the best of the best, and manage the entire process end-to-end? Then this role is for you!
Key Responsibilities
Help our clients create outstanding, engaging content that captures attention.
Source and manage contractors to ensure smooth and timely delivery.
Balance your time between 50% management and 50% creativity — driving processes, developing new ideas, and bringing fresh concepts to life
Pitch creative ideas and approaches, always seeking the best solutions for our clients.
Collaborate closely with the TikTok team and introduce their innovative creative tools to clients.
What We’re Looking For
Proven experience in video production and creative producing
Fast learner with the ability to adapt to new challenges
Strong English communication skills, with the ability to confidently deliver presentations to clients, collaborate effectively with colleagues, and handle written communication
Excellent presentation and pitching abilities
Confidence in selling creative ideas and solutions.
Hands-on experience with clients and involvement in creative projects
