About the Role
We’re hiring a Data Scientist (MMM Specialist) to strengthen our analytics team. In this role, you’ll work with cutting-edge frameworks (Meridian, PyMC, Robyn) collaborate with global teams, and help shape methodologies that deliver measurable impact across industries. You’ll also have the opportunity to participate in R&D, influence methodology, and contribute to product development, while being part of a strong team with deep expertise in media, analytics, and product.
Key Responsibilities
Develop and maintain MMM projects: data collection and preparation, feature engineering, model execution, participation in result interpretation and business recommendation development
Design methodological approaches, tests, and media mix optimization scenarios
Advise the team on best practices in model building and interpretation
Collaborate with Google teams and/or clients on implementation and validation of models
Contribute to building frameworks for regular model updates and budget reallocation simulations
Participate in internal R&D: comparing modeling frameworks, calibration, automation of modeling pipelines
Maintain and enhance modeling workflows using PyMC / Robyn as part of ongoing R&D
What We’re Looking For
Proven experience in MMM implementation using tools such as Robyn, LightweightMMM, PyMC, Prophet, or similar
Experience working with marketing and advertising data: Google Ads, Meta, DV360, GA4, CRM, MMPs
Ability to write clear documentation and present analytical results effectively
Understanding of key business metrics: ROMI, MRR, CPA, CAC, LTV, etc.
English proficiency: B2 or higher
Nice-to-Have Skills:
Hands-on experience with Google Meridian or strong motivation to master it
Familiarity with Google Cloud Platform, BigQuery, and Vertex AI
Experience with incrementality testing (geo experiments, synthetic control, CausalImpact, etc.)
Solid SQL skills
